Terms of Use — BlissMont Books
These terms cover the website blissmontbooks.in and the BlissMont Books application, provided by BlissMont Technologies, Chennai, India ("we").
The website
You may browse and request a demo. Content on the site describes the product as it exists on the date shown; features marked "coming soon" or "in progress" are not yet available. We may change the site at any time.
The application
Access is by subscription agreement between BlissMont Technologies and your company. That agreement sets the plan, price, term and support. Where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think they are compromised.
- Enter accurate data. You are responsible for the correctness of your accounts, returns and statutory filings; the application helps you prepare them but does not file on your behalf unless a feature says so.
- Use the service lawfully and only for your company's business.
Our responsibilities
- Run the service with reasonable care and skill.
- Keep your data separate, backed up and in India, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Give notice of planned maintenance where practical.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (power, network, third-party outages, natural events).
Your data
Your company owns its data. You may export it at any time. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage information to improve the service.
Intellectual property
The software, design, documentation and trademarks (BlissMont, BlissMont Books and the family wordmarks) belong to BlissMont Technologies. You receive a right to use, not ownership.
Ending the service
Either side may end the subscription under the agreement. On ending, you may export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
